Managed to drop temps from 74C down to 55C on an ITX board, and 67C to 52C on an mATX board. Costs a few bucks, but highly recommended. Wasn't hard to apply, just try to use scissors and tweezers and remove one adhesive side at a time. Review: Worked great on my GPU. - Heck yeah! I trimmed this bad boy and put it on my GPU, (7900XT). And bam! Dropped those temps nice and good.
