They only protrude about 1/16 of an inch through the back of the strip... because of the design of the power strip the screws won't even touch the wall! To add insult to injury, the screws have heads on them that are too large to use with the slots on the back of the strip as well. So if you're counting on the included screws to mount it, think again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars but wall mounting holes screws are not great. *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2019* 5 stars but the wall mounting mechanism does not work well. I purchased this for the wall mounting screw holes as this the only "standard" style power strip that has screw holes all the way through from front side.I could not get the provided screws to properly sink though the counter sink hole and this caused the screws to not bite into the drywall well. I then tried long drywall screws, but they couldn't fit into the counter sink holes. This is probably not the safest thing, but I expanded the counter sink hole by about 1-2 mm and this allowed the dry wall screws to sink and mount the power strip in a really sturdy manner (even without hitting a stud).Despite these issues I have 5 stars because ultimately this product was the only one available that could serve my specific needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great features *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2021* Great solution - I needed a power strip I could mount on the wall with a long enough cord to run up and over to a UPS.The screws supplied were long enough to mount this to a plywood wall in a data center.
