I was recommended to buy ankle weights by my physio, to increase the effectiveness of my workouts. I saw these and they seemed to have good reviews. I have quite thin lower legs / ankles, but these weights fasten absolutely fine. These seem to be effective while doing my leg workouts. I think these are good for beginners, as they are not that heavy. The only criticism I would have is the individual bars are difficult to get back on, if you take any of them off.

This weights are perfect adults and kids alike. I bought it for my 7 years old son and it’s great 👍. It’s soft on the skin really perfect for agility. 🙏 great product. My only criticism it’s one size. Perhaps you should 1kg, 2kg and 3kg instead of 0.5kg only.

I do yoga and high intensity Pilates daily and I wanted something lighter than what I already have. I have heavier ankle weights filled with sand and I was tempted to get these for my wrists. I am surprised how compact they are and how easily adjustable on the rubber band. There are days I don’t use any weights and days when I use these on my ankles and ditch the heavy option. I think even though it’s not very heavy the awareness of lifting something little extra as you raise your arm/leg brings more awareness into all muscles of the arm/leg. Therefore it makes the move more engaged and way more precise. Sometimes when not positioned nicely (spread strategically) the individual black bit can dig into the bone of my ankle but it’s easily resolved by tightening or turning around or lifting higher on leg. I would probably get another set to double it or have two lightweights sets one for arms and one for legs. Worth the money.

The quality is good and they feel like a good solid weight on each wrist. However, they absolutely stink of petrol or something like that. I have to wipe them down or soak them in soap or something because it smells so strong.

still using em two years later (or less than two years?), they last long, wish there were heavier ones that good looking (but then again I can just buy 2 more and add slide the detachable weights)
