I received this product and installed in my pc (asus b450-plus motherboard and ryzen3600). the motherboard identified it as 2400 mhz. any ideas why?

update your bios. Please check again if that 2400mhz is for the RAM you're reading because generally for CPU it gives accurate clocks. Technically speaking it looks like a bios update issue.
