You must be consistent, but you will see results. The wrinkles in my forehead were very deep and now they are not. My overall skin texture has improved dramatically. I glow more often than not. I used to be scared of wearing no makeup and now I don’t wear any foundation..like ever. I have mainly used the red light & I haven’t played around much with any of the other colors. 15 minutes a day 3-5 times a week.
