I decided to go with this product because it was significantly more affordable than any other product offered directly on their Belffin website. Perfect for its price. I spent way too much time studying all the customer reviews between this and other similar products on Amazon and Wayfair, hesitating to pull the trigger for about 6 months because I had a VERY specific wishlist to check off (pet friendly features & quality, size/shape, color, storage and comfortability) and I really wanted to get the best quality for my budget. I'm so glad I went with this one!! So far I am in absolute love!! It's perfect for my space and feels high-end quality. The velvet upholstery is super soft and classy looking. I'm excited about the extra storage and the removable / machine washable covers. We'll see how the manufacturing quality holds up against my 3 Bully-mix breed dogs and 1 cat, as it's advertised to be "performance velvet". Many reviews had mentioned that the seats sit too low for the taller folks. Thankfully I'm only 5'2". It might sit slightly lower than average but still seems like a pretty standard seat height to me. I don't feel as if I'm sitting on the floor at all. I will admit the backs do seem short but the adjustable tilting on the arm & back rests make up for that in my opinion. The cushions seats are firm yet comfortable. Adding some throw blankets and accent pillows should make this couch movie-night ready! I'm extremely excited to host people over for gatherings, now that I have more space for us to sit and lounge. I really wanted a product that would maximize the seating options for my small, oblong rectangular living room area. The assemble of this product took me about 4-5 total hours to do on my own but only because I have ADHD (aka distractions) and I wanted to thoroughly inspect each box to make sure everything was in pristine shape, just in case I needed to report any damages or missing parts for refund/replacement. Their warranty/instructions emphasized keeping the original packaging for product returns/refunds/replacements. Otherwise it was super easy to follow instructions and pretty straightforward to assemble! As far as delivery goes, I received all of my expected packages on the same day and they came a few days sooner than I expected. Not sure if that's just because I ordered it specifically on Amazon or the fact that I live right off the main highway around my city (near our local Amazon fulfillment center). Side note: Pretty sure my packages came with an extra back cushion by accident. They sent me three Carton-A and four Carton-D packages, but maybe I was supposed to receive a Carton-B package instead of one of the others. (you'll understand once you get yours lol) Regardless, I'm not complaining because it all worked out perfectly! I will make sure to add updates as needed, if possible!

I'm in LOVE with this couch! I previously had a modern leather sectional that was never really comfortable. When it started peeling I decided it was time to replace it. My requirements were something modern, modular, comfortable, affordable, and good quality. I went to several furniture stores and websites but couldn't find "the one." I checked out the popular, overpriced cardboard like sectional we all heard of and was not impressed. I loved the feeling of some of the cloud style couches but they looked too frumpy to me. Then...I found The Belffin! This couch was a gamer changer. It's the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and sophistication. Plus, it has storage and reclining backrests!!! What more could a girl ask for? This set would be like 10K if it was the love "couch." Anyway, the product arrived in record time with straightforward instructions and all the tools you need to assemble it. This literally came with a real screwdriver for each ottoman (a good one too). If this isn't thoughtful I don't know what is. Honestly, I think it's a cost savings opportunity for the seller, but the thought is certainly appreciated. The couch itself is good quality and comfortable to sit and sleep on. The material is soft but resilient as I have two poms who still sneak on my couch from time to time leaving drool and pawprints behind. However, I've been able to get them up with ease using only a damp rag. It's very easy to configure this couch to suit your needs even for someone who's 125 lbs. Right now I'm digging the pit style but I can change it whenever I like which is the beauty of it. Also, if you're looking for this same ginormous set I recommend starting with ASIN: B0B5X73TTR. I wish I saw this configuration first because you save some money buying in bulk. Overall I'm very happy with this couch. If you're contemplating about buying this, I would say it's time to pull the trigger. You'll thank me later.

I was nervous about getting this couch because of bad reviews I read mainly talking about the low back rest and it being too low. I did take reviews into consideration before a big purchase and this one is my first on Amazon this big! Putting them together was Easy! And the backrest worked for us, we love that they remove back. Our living room isn't too bad so the selling point was that we can reconfigure anyway we want. I included two different set ups. First one was too big for the space. We reconfigured and it was perfect! Feels durable and velvet material soft. It feels really nice and we will lounge comfortably for many fam nights, Perfect couch for us!

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely adore this sofa! I have had it for about a month now, so I figured I could leave a review with some of the pros and cons of this sofa. This sofa is very VERY firm compared to my last sofa. I was pretty concerned when I first sat on it, but after a week or so I got used to it. Now I find the sofa incredibly cozy, and I enjoy lounging on it to watch TV. I love that each piece is seperate. It makes changing the layout very convenient, but keep in mind that you really need to put the sofa exactly where you want it before connecting the pieces. Once it's connected, it's nearly impossible to move it without the pieces getting a little wonky. When putting the pieces together, I found that all of the legs did not fit the same. Some of them are very loose bc if I screwed them in tightly, they would not touch the floor. Another issue I see a lot of others also had is that some of the holes do not line up when connecting the pieces. I really had to squeeze some of the pieces together to get the connecters in. It took a lot of force, but I was able to attach all of the pieces. I would recommend having someone push the pieces together while you connect them if you have someone who can help you. One of the main reasons I purchased this sofa was because so many people said that pet hair was easy to remove and cats don't leave claw marks on it. While there is truth to both of these statements, I wouldn't call this sofa pet friendly. I have a Golden Retriever, a long-haired cat, and a short-haired cat. This sofa collects pet hair like I've never seen before, and it shows every single hair. I have to vacuum this sofa multiple times a day, and if my dog has been on the sofa, it's nearly a 30 minute process to get all of his hair off. It does vacuum off rather easily, but it is time consuming. My last sofa didn't collect dog hair like this, so it has been an adjustment. As for the cat claw marks, my cats have had zero interest in scratching this sofa. One of the biggest reasons I got rid of the last one is that they had scratched the corners to the point of stuffing coming out. Though they don't intentionally scratch the sofa, the do unintentionally scratch it while running across it, or playing on it. The fabic does not snag, however; if the cats dig their claws into it, it shows. You can see all of the claw marks from my cats playing. If your cat is declawed or they don't play very much, I doubt this will be a problem for you. Unfortunately my newest cat is still just a kitten so he is all over the place, lol. I will say that after a month of use, there are so many scratch marks that they kinda just blend in with the texture of the velvet. Overall I love the sofa, but it isn't perfect. I do think it was worth the money. It looks and feels expensive and the storage and versatility are unmatched. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to cover everything! I will update again after I've had the sofa for a while.

I have been wanting a sectional sofa for a long time and searched high and low to find a sofa that had clean lines with no extra fluff and reasonably priced. I had never purchased a large item like this off of Amazon, so I was skeptical and carefully read each review and question on Amazon; I also read the company's page from beginning to end including the watching the videos. I decided on the blue U-shaped sectional with six seats. I also bought two extra armrest and two extra pillows. (one of the armrest is not shown in my L-shape configuration photo, it will be used later when I decide to make two separate sofas). I was impressed by the storage under each seat and the back/armrests that recline, but most of all the versatility of the seat configuration. You can change the seating arrangement from left arm to right arm, U-shape, L-shape, with an ottoman (or not), two separate 3 seat sofas, or a four seat sofa and a love seat... or a single chair. Each one can stand alone without it looking like it should be attached. It took about a week to be delivered, it actually arrived two days early. Each seat arrives in a separate box with the pillow and legs stored in the chair. The armrests come in separate boxes. This is great for elevator buildings, smaller doorways or tight stairways! Each box is approximately 50 lbs. It was easy to put together by myself. Just screw on the legs, screw the brackets to the back/armrest and hook it on the seat. There is a metal bracket under each seat to secure the back/armrest. Each seat then connects with two metal brackets that you push into two predrilled holes under the cushion (so it's out of sight). To change the configuration, just pull the two brackets out and move the seat. It's really simple. The material is soft, it feels like micro suede, but it's velvet. The cushions are firm, but not brick hard. The legs are hard plastic. The seats are not as deep (back to front) as my old sofa, but it's enough to sit comfortably. This is not major, especially with all of the pros this sofa has. The price was great for all that this sofa offers. I've only had it for a week, so I hope it holds up for a long time. Another thing that I like, is that if needed, it's easy to replace a section without buying a whole new sofa! A set of legs was missing from my shipment; however, I informed the company's customer service. They were very responsive and sent the legs by FedEx in two days. I would recommend this sofa. In the photos, I first set it up L-shaped, right arm.... then I tured it to an L-shaped left arm, and separated the chair.

First on all I just want to say the high quality of service from this vendor is unmatched. They went way above and beyond to make this purchase to my satisfaction. Unlike Amazon itself, whose multiple customer service representatives lied to me and gave me erroneous information at every turn for over two months through their A-Z Guarantee. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. Now onto the sofa itself. I first started looking at the local big stores but the astronomical cost now a days has me at a loss for words. I was also in need of a sofa that could be disassembled, brought down a very tight staircase to my basement, and then reassembled. This sofa seemed to fit the bill. It goes without saying that I was apprehensive purchasing a sofa sight unseen, but decided to do it. After a two month delay, having nothing to do with this company or product, I finally received the sofa. On a side note, please be aware that Amazon itself has changed from the Amazon in the past. They are not customer friendly anymore and their A to Z Guarantee is a farce. They will make you jump through hoops and then lie to you with no one that you can speak to having any answers for you. Additionally, PLEASE BE AWARE that unlike other credit card companies, if you use your Amazon store card issued through Synchrony Bank, you will have no protection against purchases made through Amazon. Synchrony Bank is Amazon and will never go against them. I spent two months disputing a charge, submitted all of the evidence needed, but Synchrony Bank never looked at the evidence and only found in favor of Amazon without ever giving a reason. In the end, I was threated by Synchrony Bank with damage to my credit score if I continued to dispute the charge. I now only use a credit card not associated with Amazon when making purchases. I have more of a chance of them having my best interest in mind. Back to the sofa. The boxes are heavy, around 50lbs so make sure you have some help bringing them to the location. Building them was simple, instructions really were not needed but are provided. The sofa looks good and feels even better then I could have hoped for. They seem well constructed and durable but only time will tell. The family loves the sofa and in six months, if it holds up, I will by another one for my vacation home. Lastly, the under the seat storage is a game changer for me, all of the kids toys are no longer all over the floor.

My sofa arrived in several boxes as stated. I must say it was fairly easy to assemble. All of the parts that were needed to assemble it were included, even a screw driver. The sofa fabric is soft, the cushions are extremely comfortable and thick in a good way. You don’t sink in when you sit which is a big bonus as I have elderly parents who needed help to get up from my last sofa. The fabric is durable and easy to wipe down and maintain. I love that I can change up the configuration to suit our needs, and potential to add more pieces if needed. It looks great in my living room. This sofa has amazing store big bonus! The customer service was great. I was a little concerned that I wasn’t able to track my order after the first package was delivered. I reached out and they reassured me and sent all of the tracking numbers. They even reached out again to make sure that everything arrived and all was well. I really appreciate the extra effort. I love my sofa so far. Would definitely recommend.

We've had this couch for about 2 years now and we already want to replace it. We genuinely hate it. As far as styling, it's too short so it looks like something from a college kids dorm room. It's shorter in person than how it appears in the photos. Especially with the seat backs lowered. For durability, the bottom cushions have never felt comfortable, and you can't replace the padding. After 2 years, the cushions we use the most are so flat you can feel the wood frame and the springs. And if you're unlucky enough to sit down in between two of the square seat sections, your tailbone will hit the frame. The cushions we don't use very often sit several inches above the rest, so as you eventually try to start shifting them around so that you use the ones that still have some cushion left, you can't lay across them without leaning up or down across them. And the bottom cushions are stapled to the frame, the padding can't be replaced. Would it have killed them to add a zipper? The back rests look like they'd offer flexible seating positions but in reality they're just uncomfortable, make it difficult to arrange a room due to needing to tilt them back to have enough room to sit, the pillows that go with them never stay in position so you'll constantly be adjusting them. And it always looks messy because none of the cushions ever just sit in a way that looks neat or tidy. Biggest waste of money. I've never felt like I've wasted this much money before. My wife and I both genuinely hate this couch but can't afford to replace it so we're stuck with it. The only nice thing that can be said about this couch is that it has storage under the seats. But it's unusable storage because we need to have a couch pad laying across it to keep it from killing our back. So we can't even get to the storage without removing the couch pad, which has elastic straps holding it down. I cannot stress this enough; it is a terrible couch. We weren't thrilled with it when we first got it, and we've continued to hate it more and more each day since. I'm genuinely shocked this company is still in business, still selling this ridiculous couch. They haven't even improved it's design since we purchased ours. It looks exactly the same.
