My teenage son has very sensitive skin and cannot use just any moisturizer because many products irritate his skin. We tried ATOPALM Panthenol Cream, and it has been wonderful for him. It provides deep hydration without feeling heavy or greasy, and his skin feels softer and healthier after using it. I especially appreciate that it is gentle enough for sensitive skin. Finding a moisturizer that works for a teenager with sensitive skin is not easy, but this one has become a favorite in our home. Highly recommend!

EDIT: ELEVATING THIS AS MY HG 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 healed my skin even after I had a flare up from a new serum that i tried to use! I wish dermatology.com and atopalm.com will also carry this ointment. I've been using this ointment for more than 2 weeks now and I can actually see the difference in my skin which suffers fr atopic dermatitis and eczema. I was a little leery of it at first because of the scent fr the essential oils - I usually react from and flare up - which is faint and disappears after a while. However, this worked as formulated and after a couple of days, the little bumps on my chin started disappearing without me using any steroids and my skin is soft and not itchy or tight! Not sure how effective their MLE is but the 10% panthenol is IMO the rockstar in this ointment. I use it day and night (that's how dehydrated and dry my skin is) but others will probably find it too thick for daytime wear. I also use about 4-5 times the amount a regular person does so the tube last for a little over a month. For others, this will probably last 2-3 months (or more) of daily use. This is an ointment (thick cream) that is a little hard to spread so I spread it while my face is a little wet. It makes for a great sleeping pack. If you have oily skin, this might be too thick and heavy for you so the lotion will probably work better.

It’s rich, healing, but non-greasy. Absorbs quickly and is great for sensitive skin.

I love to use this product for myself and for my baby. It calms down sensitive skin without harsh chemicals. I wish it stays moisturized a little longer, but I like that it isn’t too sticky or thick that could give me troubles. I use additional product like a few drops of oils or a little bit of thicker cream on top of it whenever I feel like I need it. I wish a bigger size bottle is available to benefit both consumers and the environment ;)

Its good for someone who has dehydrated oily skin.

The softness of the skin is different when applying the product in the evening and washing it off in the morning. I highly recommend it.

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always careful with new products, but this balm felt very gentle and comfortable. The texture is rich but melts nicely into the skin without feeling too heavy. It helped my skin feel softer and more moisturized, especially on dry areas. I also like that it feels calming and simple, not overly fragranced or irritating. Nice balm-type moisturizer for sensitive skin.

Was struggling a bit as the change of weather so I got this to calm my face down. Been using it for a few weeks now and starting to feel my skin is a lot less dry and redness has also gone down.

Conosco il brand ATOPALM da diversi anni, ricordo i primi acquisti sempre fatti da siti americani perchè in Europa questo brand era inesistente. Questa crema con pantenolo, rispetto alla MLE face cream oppure alla Lotion, è una bomba di idratazione, perfetta su pelli secche, sensibili, senza ungere. Che dire della tecnologia MLE ( multi lamellar Emulsion) che imita i grassi che costituiscono la membrana lipidica e ne agevola la riparazione? TOP.. Questa non è un cosmetico,ma un vero e proprio cosmeceutico

Ich habe wirklich trockene Haut. Doch mit dieser Creme ist es kein Problem mehr. Unter der Foundation trägt sie trotzdem nicht auf. Man bekommt dennoch keine fettige Haut! Koreanische Pflegelinien sind die besten!
