I tried 10 times and every time I get Account binding failed. Then it got connected but every 1min I get connection times out and it stops responding, even though when i go to the network i see it is actuallyconnected to my network with strong signal. I tried 1st to reset the network and reconnect. Nothing worked, I still get the same message. Then I hard reset the item more than 4 times and I get the same message, Account binding failed. I tried their troubleshooting website and the FAQs, and all say hard reset (pressing thr button 10 times repeatedly) or reset the network (hard press the button for 10 seconds) and nothing worked as well. My network is strong and has excellent strength!
