The bottom of the bed you see that is touching the floor is part of the case. When deflated this is used to zip the bed back into its case. I did have a hard time getting the box into my house by myself but I made it. It’s a little difficult to move around swiftly due to the weight But the goods outweigh that. It doesn’t take long to inflate at all and it’s actually cool to watch. It’s just as high as a regular bed which is a great feature and it is OK as it relates to comfort. It’s not uncomfortable. I really don’t have anything bad to say. Fingers crossed. It seems to be holding up well. A few times I did hear a funny noise like it was a seam or something but I can’t seem to find anything just yet. I will keep checking on it and provide an update if you need it. I’ve only had it a few days so we shall see. I do think it should be a little less expensive though.*****UPDATE:What I thought was a minor leak is actually a major leak. It is totally collapsed on the side attempting to get up and when laying down I am practically laying on the posts underneath. I hurt myself trying to get off the collapsed mattress. At least with a standard air mattress you only risk being on the floor and not jabbed by posts/framing. I even started to hear the air coming out but I don’t know where it was. I’ve only had this for six days. I thought this was a good idea being disabled should be able to bypass bending down and unwrapping the traditional air mattress and having to fold it up etc. However this air mattress was triple the cost and didn’t even last me a week . I don’t have the help that I had to get this into my vehicle so now I may have to lug this heavy item in order to return it.***** The company didn’t even call me directly.
