Rollerball replacement for Montblanc Rollerball Modena Red (105160, MB128234), Mystery Black (105158, 128231, MB128231, MNB107877) or Royal Blue (105159, 128233, MB128233, MNB107878). Remove your refill and compare it to the pictures and fit guide here. There should be threads at the front of the refill. If your refill appears to have the same shape, measure it to make sure it is 4.44 inches / 113 mm long and .25 inches / 6 mm in diameter. These refills are for capped rollerball pens. If you have a twist-action pen, please check out our ballpoint refills. We use smooth writing ink from Germany and and a .7 mm medium rollerball tip for smooth writing and fine lines.
