Quality flour comes from quality wheat berries!
I’ve been buying these wheat berries for quite some time now. I mill all my own flours for baking and also use them for grain bowls or side dishes and soups. The freshness, aroma, and cleanness of these berries have always been superb. Obviously, if I’m taking the time to mill my own flours for baking, I want to use a quality grain. These are my favorite hard red wheat. I use them both alone and in combination with other types of wheat to make both yeasted and sourdough breads with excellent results.

I have ordered hard red wheat berries 5 times from Bench View Farms. The product is excellent and makes beautiful whole wheat bread. It is packed well and shipped directly from the farm via USPS Priority Mail. Shipment is insured and trackable. A recent order was damaged in shipping by the USPS and Amazon refunded my money, no problem. I reordered the item and it was sent promptly and arrived earlier than expected. Makes excellent bread
Good, clean wheat berries that made excellent flour for bread. They lent a very gently sweet taste to the finished product. The packaging was a sack inside a box. I will definitely buy these again when I run out.

Wonderful wheat berries
I have been using these organic hard red wheat berries to grind my own flour (in my little coffee grinder) for bread and for porridge. I am considering seeing if they will sprout, for wheatgrass and also to make Rejuvelac. They are a fine quality and very tasty. I highly recommend them, especially as the price here is presently very good.
