is this big enough to cook a box mac and cheese? like kraft deluxe

I wouldn’t use the pots at all. I used a 3M test kit to check for lead, and just as I suspected, it tested positive like most Chinese metals do. Throw them away and buy some other pots to keep the burner in. Sorry I can’t help with your question, as I don’t eat pasta.

What is the fuel it uses?

Coleman® Butane/Propane Mix Liquid Fuel canister.

Does it all nest inside (even the cup) and does it still fit a fuel canister inside with everything?

A 230g (or 110g) fuel canister will fit if you ditch the stainless steel cup.
