This was helpful to help me regain balance in my scalp. Something has infected all of my skin and it's been a journey. Seems to be systemic. This does help, along with various efforts to detox my scalp and body.

This is easy to use and drys well so you can use it inbetween washes on a dry scalp. Does cool an itchy scalp but the effect doesn't last very long and won't cure the scalp. It's ok but for the price but I have a better product.
