How long do they stay fresh after opening?

At the coffee shop I worked at I believe they stayed fresh for about a month after opening

Is this chocolate any similar to the chocolate sauce? Or simply a syrup?

Chocolate Syrup and Puremade Dark Chocolate Sauce are separate product lines. Puremade Dark Chocolate Sauce is made with dutched cocoa, has a thick consistency. The Chocolate Syrup is made up of water, pure can sugar and natural flavors, which is much thinner. They both taste like Chocolate but the sauce is a bit more indulgent.

Can they be mixed with Sodastream carbonated water?

Yes, we highly recommend using Torani with a soda stream. You will be amazed by the flavor! It is very easy to make. Just add Torani Sugar Free Syrup to the carbonated water in a 1:8 ratio or to taste. Since 1L is ~33 oz., I’d go with 3 oz. product (6 Tbsp.). It’s really forgiving though, and you can just pour in the syrup until it gets to where you like. Enjoy!

Excellent.

These are great. the bottles are big so they last a long time and they're not glass so they don't shatter if fumbled by a klutz. The sugar free aspect of it hasn't caused any stomach discomfort and I do get that kind of thing from sugar free candies of the Russell Stover and Hershey's brands, so I'm sensitive to it. Others might have that issue, but I don't with these syrups. I've used a little of all 3 in things like Malt O Meal and my morning coffee.

NEED TO KNOW

We love desert coffee! I have used Torani’s in the past and been super satisfied. This time I purchased the convenient (4) flavor pack. The bottles are a nice size and it is moderately priced. As for being sugar free, maybe but our experience is not diabetic friendly. My husband is diabetic and we are always buying sugar free to off set problems with his health. Please keep in mind that these syrups spiked his sugar above 200? Unfortunately, I will have to use more natural flavor enhancers to fix his desert coffees. Needless to say I am disappointed.

Good sugar free option

Started a coffee bar at home and since we are on a sugar free diet these allowed us to have different flavors for our iced coffees without all the sugar in the regular versions. My favorite is the Sweet Vanilla and Chocolate.
