Hello, thank you for your question. The Kilz 2 Primer can be sprayed with an airless sprayer using a .017-021" tip. When spraying, you can thin with up to 8 oz. of water per gallon. Good luck with your project!

Hi there, great question. We don't have a maximum time that's recommended for when to apply your topcoat. However, it would be best to do it as soon as possible. This primer isn't designed to be a stand alone coating. The longer it doesn't have a topcoat, the longer it's exposed to wear and tear. I hope this was helpful.
