Fits as described. Some trimming of the new pipes was needed but was easy enough. You should order the 2.5” to 3” adapter, as well as extra 2.5” ubolts and some extra hangers. Having an extra set of hands would have been nice but I just used some HVAC zip ties to hold the pipes in place while I assembled them under the truck. It installed pretty well and I have no complaints.

This kit was a breeze to install. Did it in an afternoon by myself and had no problems. Only thing needed was a 3" clamp for the inlet side. I did have to cut about 2 foot off the end of each side for the chrome tips but this is on a short bed truck. The kit undoubtedly was designed for short and long bed trucks. It is a little louder than I anticipated but what do you expect with a Flow master 40? All in all, a good buy and well pleased. Would buy again.

I was very pleased with it. Just follow the instructions and it went together no problem. You need to order a 3" u bolt clamp for the front of the muffler. It dosen't come with one. I saw this in another review and order one the same time I ordered the exhaust system.

Was not a direct fit like the description. Had to cut to fit more than one piece. Had to buy an adapter to fit the inlet side and the pipes aren't bent correctly they exit the back of my truck differently on each side. Would not recommend!!!

Muffler inlet is 3” stock Ford exhaust is 2.5”. Parts not included in the kit you will need is a 3” to 2.5” adapter and a 3” exhaust clamp. You will likely need to make relief cuts in the inlet and outlet pipes on the muffler to get it to seal properly other than that kit worked well. You will also need to pin some brake lines on the drivers side rear out of the way. The exhaust goes right through where they are.

Says you don’t need to weld but oh you do. Clamps don’t hold some broke when tightening. You really have to weld this. Hangers are just awful and require you to drill into frame or use self tapping screws as large as you can find. No 3” clams for inlet in muffler not that it matters you just can not clamp this I tried and it fell apart a week later I took and had welded. Tips in this kit must be welded no other option. Not a true exact fit, a lot of cutting and modification. I do not recommend for average person unless you have a bit of mechanical experience. I do and it was still difficult. Otherwise decent for price and sounds good.
