Images very small
I found this item completely useless. I wanted a poster that I could place on the wall which clearly showed the positions you can use the reformer in, of a good quality format with large images to see from a small distance. However, the images were far to small and of very poor quality. A complete waste of money.

Good poster
Good poster and print just big enough to view at a reasonable distance

Precio excesivo
El póster no tiene cómo colgarse, no viene enmicado ni es a color, considero que el precio es excesivo en relación a las características del producto

Lots of info!
It's a great wall chart, helpful for reminding you of the sequence. (Also, some of the exercise names don't mean much until you can associate them with a picture - this helps a lot on that front.)

I bought this and the intermediate wall chart
Heres what I said re intermediate chart: I had this mounted and keep it for reference for myself and my students. It's big and a good refresher of what you can add to your repitoire, or can dream of adding-if you are not quite seasoned. One thing. Be sure you know the specifics of the exercise, this is a reference not a "how too". There's just not enough space to put all the specifics of good form. Nothing is a substitute for a great instructor! It all applies to this poster as well, except the moves are more basic, so less inspiration maybe for the "hope to get there" crowd. But it's still wonderful, I can read them both without glasses if I'm close enough, but that says more about my eyes and age than the reference guide!
