High arch or flat feet? 2 different things.

Yes, flat feet have no arch and high arch have too much of an arch. It starts behind the big toe running backward on the sole to about the ankle. It is possible for the arch to start breaking down on people with high arches if proper shoes are not worn. I really suggest seeing a Podiatrist for depper explanation.

Do you recommend a larger shoe size when using these?

Not for all kinds of shoes. I can wear some shoes okay with these in. But others definitely don’t fit with these in. You’ll have to use trial and error to figure out which would fit. A larger size isn’t necessarily going to work because the insoles make it so you’ll need a wider shoe, not a longer one.

How can I wash this product or clean it from smelly feet stench?

Smelly shoes are caused by bacteria growth. Simply spray Lysol or a disinfectant into your shoe after every use, you'll never have this problem again.
