They do shed little pieces and they don’t last forever, but none of that bothers me. They last as long as any loofah I’ve used. I like giving these for stocking stuffers at Christmas! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gentle exfoliation *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on 9 March 2021* I've used this for the last two weeks. Pros...my skin feels smooth and soft. Texture is not too harsh so easy to use daily. The size of the sponge is also nice and easy to hold. The Cons...I can see why it comes in 3 packs because the sponge does not keep integrity and little pieces come off everytime I use it. If you aren't careful to clean the tub after use I can see these pieces eventually clogging my drain. Also, I wind up having to use twice the amount of soap gel as usual since these things when saturated suck the soap to the center of the sponge. I don't know what "sheerness" means so I gace 1 star.
