How long can the straps be adjusted to?

They can be adjusted fairly long and they also stretch

Will these knee pads fit a thin woman? My knees are 14 inches.

I'm 6'-3" and 200 lbs, so I'm not the best person to ask. Based on the design of the knee pads, though, I believe they would probably work fine. The straps are very adjustable, and I think the configuration of the padding in the knee pads should accommodate a wide range of sizes.

Do they stay in place as well as advertised?

Yes, they stay in place better than other knee pads I have used. The straps are wide and the material is heavy duty. I find that all knee pads stay up better when crossing the straps behind the knee.

My knee is around 20". will these fit me? (please measure before you answer. maybe or probably will do me no good. thanks)
