The Momentus Speed Whoosh Golf Swing Trainer has been a game changer for me. As a 20+ handicap golfer, I’ve always struggled with my release and overall swing consistency. Since using this trainer, I’ve seen noticeable improvements—not only in my release timing but also in my swing speed. The magnetic sliding timing ball gives instant, valuable feedback and really helped me feel the correct release point which has translated into better distance and more control on the course. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but well worth the money. I had used something similar during my golf lessons and decided to invest in my own—and I’m glad I did. If you’re serious about improving your swing, I’d absolutely recommend this tool.

I have almost all the swing trainers and in all the different sizes. I buy them for myself and my 6 year old daughter. I have the all the models of SKLZ, Orange Whip, Medicus and Momentus Speed Whoosh. If you ask me which is the best one, I would say all of them. They all give me something different. As for the Momentus Junior Speed Whoosh, I got it for my 6 year old, but I use it to train my wedges as well. PROS: 1. They say you will hit farther after using this. My daughter and I tried it and we did indeed hit farther. We gained about an extra 15-20% distance. My 9 iron went from 90-95 yards to 100-110 yards. My 6 year old's drive went from 85 yards to 106. 2. It trains 2 things, Lag and Speed training. It tries to remove casting from your swing. If the ball goes down before the impact zone then you are casting. So by waiting till the right moment to release the "L" then you have better contact and faster club head speed. 3. It also trains you to have a proper grip with the grip guides. 4. Use it before going to the golf course as a warm up. 5. Great exercise. CONS: 1. None I can see. SUMMARY: I truly use this everyday and I think it is a good muscle memory tool for a consistent proper swing.

The feedback is useful. The on-line training videos are helpful. I have noticed a slight improvement in swing speed and "timing at impact." It would be great if they made a version that was actually the weight of a full size driver. It would improve overall feel and timing (my Cobra driver is new last year and at least 2X the weight of this product. Overall cost is a bit high for what you actually get but could be a value long term.

This I'd a great device for grooving your swings tempo and timing. Also excellent for establishing when and where you are maximizing your swing release.

the quality is bad, after several times, the ball fly out of the pole, the top is gone. The glue at the pole side is not stable enough.

Love to use this to loosen up more than the weighted orange whip. Really does help with sense of adding bit more lag to the golf swing. I got the ladies version as it’s more in line with length of my driver and grip size is perfect (I’m a Medium in glove size) Well built too. The shaft is more like a fishing pole thickness and has a lot of whip.

works well.....not sure why there is a $30 difference in price between the ladies vs men's version? Takes a bit of getting used to as ball does not always move properly as it is supposed to (see Steve Pratt golf instruction video) but overall a good product.
