I have had good success with making molds with OOMO 30 and needed a larger quantity, OOMO 25 was as close as I could get to OOMO 30 in the gallon sizes in terms of properties (viscosity, etc..)Unfortunately when it arrived, the material in the blue bucket was congealed and would not pour. I started to suspect this hadn't been stored correctly or was past its shelf life, but was hoping it would still work so I spooned the correct volume out and mixed it thoroughly with the other part. When I poured it in the mold, even though I was well under the 15 minute pot life, it was so viscous that it would not flow into the mold details at all. In fact, it wouldn't even settle into a level surface! The top of my mold looked like a birthday cake.Obviously, this is totally useless for making a mold. I assume I got sold one that had sat in the warehouse for too long and was past its sell-by. I mixed it and used it literally the day it arrived, so it wasn't like I had kept it in a hot garage before trying to use it.
