I found his Ignitor was bad(actually shattered),so I let him know I'll have to order a new one & explained to him that it's a good idea to replace the flame sensor at the same time. Long story, but I had an old Ignitor I kept when I replaced my Goodman furnace which was the same part, so when the new flame sensor & new ignitor arrived I replaced both. Works great, install took 15 minutes.
