Necessary Ink
Epson 252 ink, especially the black ink, is too expensive but works better than the off-brand ink refills. So it is necessary to get good quality printouts. I will be considering a different brand printer in the near future.

I tried generic refilled ink cartridges that clogged up the printer so badly that I thought I'd have to replace it. Instead I tried the real, real Epson ink cartridge and the ink jets eventually cleared. I learned my lesson. That said, I think it's too bad that no-name cartridges don't work . . . for whatever reason . . . when branded cartridges are so expensive. Seriously, it's just ink!

Epson needs to stop refusing to allow aftermarket ink in there printers.
Always used Epson printers and ink but because of the high price of the ink i am switching brands
