Fantastic set, the attention to detail is great and the sparrow design is nice. The fallen captain and the warlock both look amazing, the shank looks great too, if a little big. The warlocks hand cannon has a hole for the peg system megabloks uses as well. Overall a great set. Bit pricey and you might want to wait for the official release sometime in the fall. Of course if you can't wait grab it right away before it probably sells out again.

This is an excellent building set, especially if you like Destiny. I can't really recommend this for children, as there are small pieces that could be dangerous. However, the set does seem to be very sturdy - no pieces feel flimsy, so I imagine it would withstand some rough play. There are a lot of special pieces in this set - some appear to have been 3D printed, and offer a different texture and look than the regular glossy pieces. The figures in this set look amazing. They also feel amazing. These are sturdy little figures, on par with modern Star Wars figures. They have good articulation for the size, and the paint on them is just about perfect. Both the Guardian and the Fallen Captain are absolutely spot-on. The Warlock gets a hand-cannon that is painted metallic blue, and looks remarkably accurate to the in-game version. The Shank, the Ghost and the Sparrow also look great but they are far simpler than the two figures. However, on a negative note, this is definitely not meant to be disassembled or played with too roughly. While it's sturdy and easy to construct, some pieces seem hard to disassemble without the use of pliers, so this appears to be more of a collectible than a toy. Furthermore, there were some nub-marks on some pieces, such as the Ghost, so the quality can still be worked on. These are however minor complaints, as everything else is fantastic. The set isn't huge - but it's still worth it. You get some very nicely painted figures at a scale that makes them easy to collect. You can set up a nice diorama without losing as much space as Lego sets would take up, thanks to the smaller scale of the Mega Bloks figures. And yet, you get more detail. 5 stars, don't let the price put you off. These building sets are absolutely fantastic.
