What is the difference between these and the ones just for women?

Trust me, the unisex ones are a bit stronger for overnight. They work great.

How does the waistband on these compare to depends? are they more like the fit-flex or real fit? i prefer the elastic wasteband of the real fit.

This product is more like Depends fit-flex with no waist band. Depends Real-Fit has a waist band. This product is acceptable in terms of catching minor leaks. It does not fit as well as Depends Real-Fit. The leg holes stretch. The underwear slides down too easily when the sweat pants covering them are removed. Depends Real-Fit stays up until they are deliberately pulled off.
