Hi, Thanks for your question! Probably not, the clamping force and clamp size are not enough. You can buy our Jorgensen clamps, which are bigger,sturdier and stronger.

When using the quick-release latch some of the clamps don't slide easiley?

I think this is true but I feel like it's more a flaw of the clamp style and not necessarily this brand. I've found these to be a great buy for the price.

Will these clamps come completely apart?

You might be able to take them off and put them on a bigger bar, I'm going to try to put them.

Is the 6" clamp be the spreader od 11 1/4 inches in the pink model? is the number mentioned in the image of the pink model wrong? mentioned as 7 7/8”

If you watch both the standard video and the pink video you will see they both are 11"1/4" the only difference between the two models is the color. the smaller messurements in the pink picture would have to be incorrect. as is both videos it shows the correct messurements and they are identical in every way but the color. hope that helps.
