Update I was able to make yogurt out of these with no problem. I'm still noticing a drop in my blood glucose just about 20 points but every point counts. I know research says it can help with weight too but so far I haven't lost any weight, I've actually gained 2 lbs....bummer, but still very happy with the blood glucose reduction. Original review. I was taking this a bit over a year ago, no changes. Life interrupted I got off my yogurt kick. A bit over a year later I decided to use up the bottle, and my blood sugar dropped. I have no idea why I got a change now, but I did, and I'm so happy. I'm just checking to see how it does for yogurt tonight. I hope the yogurt comes out, because these are way to expensive.

Great to make probiotic yogurt.

This probiotic from Dr. Merola worked really well. I had some stomach issues and I wanted a pill form of probiotic. I did take double the recommended amount the first three days to help it kick in and it did. I would recommend his products.

This was easy to use in the recipe for probiotic dairy. Just open the capsule and roll out the probiotic.

I use these strictly too make yogurt. I would think swallowing one would be no different than vitamin capsule.

I make the "yogurt" as described in his book and consume a couple spoonsful daily. Without a doubt, my overall intestinal health has significantly improved. It took about a month to really notice a difference, and I've been consuming it for about 4 months. If you are considering trying it, here is an important tip I learned: Be sure the Inulin you use is Not made from Agave as it comes out separated. It still works but is not the best. Organic Inulin made from Jerusalem Artichoke dissolves into the liquid more easily and produces a more consistent end result.
