We needed a heater for a small room with our washer & dryer that the main heating system did not reach well. We are in Northern New England so it gets very cold. This heater was very easy to install, very well designed for safety and efficiency. This works perfect! I keep it on one of the lowest setting and it keeps the room nice and warm. We shut it off in the warmer seasons with a push of the power button. The outer cover does stay cool to the touch so no worry someone will get burned or burning something than leans up on it. Much better design than the 'panel" units that require difficult mounting spacers and get very hot to the touch. Only almost con is the temperature control on the lower settings are touchy, hard to get a good warm level and not too high. A light indicator of when it is heating would be nice. It does have a light indicator when it is turned on. Recommended.

I was so excited to try these heaters. We have an older home and have used 1500 watt electric space heaters for years, no problem heating rooms. I kept seeing the Envi heater ads on social media, making these look incredible, very safe, efficient and could even help to lower our electric bill. I went all in and purchased three, two of the 500 watt for two approximately 10 x 10 upstairs bedrooms, and one 1000 watt for an approximately 12x 12 downstairs bedroom. Installation was pretty easy, I installed them when our outside temperature was in the forties. One upstairs bedroom seemed to heat the room well, the other, not so much. I kept turning the thermostat on the heater up and up and still couldn’t get the room above 67 degrees. The downstairs bedroom was even worse. I reached out to Envi customer service, thinking the 1000 watt should easily be able to heat our bedroom on a forty some degree day. I figured we had a defective heater and would exchange it. Customer service was a joke, no troubleshooting or anything, just told me that the heater would not work for our space and that we must not have enough insulation. Huh? That was based off of no questions asked by support, so it seems they don’t have much faith in their products working. No help with a return or anything, luckily I purchased through Amazon. This morning is our first truly cold day, outside temperature in the twenties. The heater that seemed to be working well upstairs is struggling, thermostat set the highest, but room temperature is 63 this morning. Second bedroom temperature is 53, that heater is also set to the highest. I just went out to our garage to get our old space heaters. Returning all three Envi heaters. What a joke.

Purchased for garage wall where pipes were freezing. It worked all winter , heat was preset and for the first time (and after a horrible winter) we were not afraid of the pipes bursting. I also felt safe with the wall heater (always concerned about a fire) as it did not feel hot to touch

We are on a second one of these having bought the first one 13 years ago. We only use it in a small area with a plug-in thermostat purchased several decades ago. We would had expected the first one to last longer however they are not cost prohibitive. The unit heats well and is the safest we could find for our application. We researched other products when the first one died and did not feel there was are better replacement. Years ago we used heaters that were ceramic style wall heaters that did not have covers in bedrooms. They were not as efficient and without a cover would expose one to a hot surface. We believe, when paired with a separated thermostat, these are a good option for smaller spaces. Compared with most other independent space heaters they are much less likely to cause bodily harm. They are very quiet and attractive. When first initiated they are quite smelly and need to cure over several hours. We would advise opening windows.

There was no heat in my bathroom. I had to find something that was easy to install and wasn't a portable one. This thing is GREAT! It screws to the wall and plugs in to the wall plug. I was worried about it throwing the breaker, but it doesn't. The bathroom is small and it heats it very well. In fact, it is set on the lowest setting and is never turned up any higher unless it is in the winter and I will turn it up a bit before I have a shower. On it's lowest setting, it isn't running non-stop in the winter. It is the perfect little heater!

We purchased this wall heater for our 10' x 15' Boot Room. It came quickly, packaged well with great instructions (I did find the tutorial of installing helpful for those handy "tips") We were going to hardwire it in, but then chose to use the simple plug in - really liked that the "extra cord" can be tucked inside the unit leaving a clean look. The install itself was simple for one person (thanks to the handy template!). It looks great on the wall, is cool to the touch and whisper quiet! I like the added confidence that if it is somehow comes off the wall it will automatically shut off. Worth the purchase!

This is an awesome heater for a bathroom or small space. Easy to install. Safe. No moving parts. Heats surprisingly quickly, Energy efficient. Takes up little valuable space. My only wish is that there was a better range of settings on the built-in thermostat (ie an option to make it a bit less warm - lowest setting is a bit warmer than we really need). Perhaps in a larger space that would be less of an issue (we have it in a very small tiny house bathroom)
