why wrong reviews, reviews not related to this product, not a card, Velcro strips

I’m wondering if the seller changed the listing. I’ve never purchased those Velcro tape but it showing up for a review for me as a previous purchase. Then they already have positive reviews? I’m not sure.

can it be sewed to a fabric?

I don't think so but I do not know

Can this velcro be used outdoors in extreme weather?

I’m using it that way and it holds good for 4 months now

Will the heavy duty adhesive stick to all types of plastic?

I can't say for sure because so far, I have used the tape on Christmas light cords, and that's it. I am so sorry I can't help!
