Pin C is Common (ground), Pin O is Oscillator 4-60pf, Pin A is Antenna 4-140pf.

What kind of knobs will fit on this?

My order came with flat tuning wheels with VERY small screws. Not knobs..

No matter which pins I measure, I can turn either of the two screws and the measured capacitance always stays at 3 pf. Is that correct?

The 2 screws are trimmer caps for the antenna and oscillator circuits of a superheterodyne reciever. The tuning shaft adjusts the reciever frequency from 60-140 pf

What is the pinout? there are no markings for c, o, or a like are shown in the item description.

The ones I have don't look like those, mine are close to silly putty color,, like mocha coffee.. but usually, if they have 3 connections, the greater capacitance is when you use the two outside metal tabs, the smaller capacitance is from the middle to either outside metal tab. Solder short wires on the 3 tabs and test on a proto board circuit. The values may be different from other manufacturers.
