No more with this thing!!! I love it so much and look forward to standing all day. I played around with a few different configurations, and like it best as a "diamond" of all 4 squares squished in the very middle, so I have the range to rock back and forth and from side to side. My entire office has recently moved to all sit/stand desks and I think I am the one who stands the longest now that I have this board. The board lets you bounce and shift subtly while listening to music.
