I'd say this is "medium" for sure.

Why is the label for the nutritional facts missing in the description and pics? Does anyone have the info? I shouldn't have to hunt it down.

No it's just Curry the best I have ever found

Does this work well for chicken makhani (butter chicken)?

It's a different spice mix, I usually get the butter chicken paste when I fancy that! Love all their mixes though!
