The detergent bottle was flawless but the label sticker on the softener bottle is bunched up and I immediately notice upon open. I may send these back as my laundry room is open and the intent of things were because I rather myself and guest see this, rather than the actual store bought bottles Sept 2023 Update: changed my review from three stars to 5, and here is why: Seller reached out and provided an amazing solution to my issue. Now I have a set with no flaws and they work great! I purposely waiting a while to post my update to see how they have held up and the functionality… and I have been very satisfied and impressed.
