It's Ridgid in more ways than one!
These are Ridgid in more ways than one--- as you would expect from the Ridgid brand, these feel very high quality and work great. The lifetime warranty from Ridgid on the batteries (requires registration) is a major added bonus! The supplier did a great job of shipping the product quickly. Thanks!

Good purchase with no complaints
I own multiple Ridgid tools, only comment for Ridgid as a company is, don't waste our money on the little carrying bags every one I know throws them out.

Faulty charger fixed.
Very excited for my new impact set to arrive as ive heard raving reviews from friends. Initially not happy with this purchase. I was confident that I had a faulty charger that made this useless. When i put battery on charger, the green light stayed lit green indicating full charge but battery was dead. After speaking to my neighbor I put my battery on his charger for 5 minutes and everything worked. After that my charger recognized that the battery was low and began charging my battery like it should. Tried the same thing with my second battery and everything now works as it should. If it was not for my neighbor having a rigid charger and having a good idea to try his charger, I would have returned this product and not bought another rigid item.

Tools are great, but check seller and warranty eligibility.
I'm heavily invested in the RIGID battery ecosystem, and the tools have performed very well for many years. I have lots of them & it's great to have cross compatibility with batteries. Performance keeps improving. BUT, I was somewhat disappointed in this purchase. The tools are great, however I am unable to register the tools for RIGID's Lifetime Warranty because this seller is not an authorized dealer. This should be made clear, as the warranty is a major feature of these tools.

El producto es muy bueno, incluye todo lo que dice la descripción. He utilizado tanto el atornillador como el rotomartillo y la potencia es la adecuada. Yo pensé que por el tamaño no iba a desarrollar fácilmente trabajos en reparación del hogar pero funciona excelente. Lo recomiendo
