Is Birds Custard Powder gluten free?

Kraft has stated that the flavoring contains Rye and therefor is not gluten free

My order came with the canister opened and white powder everywhere, who should I talk to regarding to the replace?

Talking to customer service. They are very good with any problem and always try to make it right

WHat is the expiration date?

The last one I got has an expiration date of January 2019. I got it about 3 months ago. Generally if you keep it in a dry place, it will be good for another 6 months or so after the expiration date from my own experience over the last thirty years and based on my 93 year English aunt!
