Does not contain a complete skeleton - missing hand bones
Most of the hand bones, at least, are not identified. This leaves the 'complete' title lacking.

A colorful companion to my massage studies, eye opening and practical
I didnโt expect to fall in love with a coloring book, but this one has been a delightful surprise. As a massage therapy student, Iโve found that coloring the anatomy diagrams made a huge difference: tracing and shading out muscles, tendons, and origins/insertion points helped me see how everything connects in real time, and I retain that information so much better. What really stands out is how clear and detailed the 150 diagrams are, covering all the bodyโs key systems. The fact that each illustration is printed on one side only is a blessing, so I can colour boldly without worrying about ruining the opposite page. The extended captions and labeling clues arenโt just there for show, they really reinforce what Iโve learned in class, and sometimes they even jog my memory of where I struggled before. One little highlight is the full color intro showing coloring techniques, itโs such a thoughtful touch to set you up for success, especially if coloring feels intimidating. I love that this book bridges the gap between study and creativity in a practical way. As for expectations, it absolutely met, and even exceeded them. Going into it, I hoped for a useful study tool, what I got was an interactive, hands on learning aid that made anatomy feel more intuitive and way less dry. That said, it isnโt perfect. Some of the finer structures (like small facial bones or deep nerves) felt a bit under-defined, and I had to squint or go back to my textbook a few times for clarification. Also, after a long day of study, coloring some of the denser pages can feel a bit time consuming so if youโre short on time, consider spreading it out or prioritizing the systems youโre studying that week. All in all, this coloring book has become a reassuring study buddy in my massage training. Itโs thorough, creatively engaging, and genuinely helps you visualize anatomy in a way you just donโt get from plain diagrams. My only wish would be for even more fine detail clarity, but that small critique doesnโt lessen how much Iโve gained from using it.
