I loved the milk, it’s smooth, easy disolved, not grainy and has a sort of sweetness. Worth the price if you can afford it. I have bought this product twice. Compared to other two brands I bought , this one is my #1 choice.

I rarely drink milk any longer for calorie reasons, but still need it for cooking and baking. I hated buying even quart bottles that I would have to just drink part of because I often didn't use enough before it went bad. This product ends that problem! As others mentioned this is not the frankly nasty dehydrated milk that came in boxes that you might have tried in the past. It is high quality and tastes fantastic, and best of all in every needed way for cooking it behaves just like fresh milk. Even ranch dressing can be made with it! It's expensive, but if you're in a similar situation I am where you would use more fresh milk just to keep from losing it to spoilage, then this is very worth considering. The seller I choose has always sold cans that expire many months into the future. Occasionally there is a small dent but it in no way affects the product inside.

Only used it one time so far in my scratch pecan waffle batter recipe, seemed just as tasty as using fresh milk. I stored the open resealed can in the freezer to hopefully prolong shelf life. The lid seems of good quality and makes a tight seal. Mixed up very easy in room temp water using a balloon whisk. Very pleased so far. But as always, time well tell.

This is the best WHOLE dehydrated milk you can buy. My kids and i love milk. This is the only one that tastes great, and healthy. I bought 6 large cans for emergency prep too. Problem is kids keep opening them and drinking it! If you mix it with a little extra heavy handed it is rich and creamy. It is awesome mixed with hershys chocolate powder and sugar and some salt. For a HUGE cheap can of instant hot cocoa. I use it in malts, sauces, cereal, etc. for a great oatmeal mix it up with water then cook oatmeal or cream of wheat in it. Wow it tastes like a old restaurant oatmeal. I mixed it up and filled galloon milk in refrigerator to see if kids taste the difference. After two days kids said we need to buy more of that brand milk because it taste so good. Once its chilled, it is as fresh as it gets. I put 3 heaping spoon fulls in my coffee. It is so good! I am not a paid or fake review. I truly love this stuff. Buy it because it is NOT available at Costco, Sams, wall-mart or Vons. Its really hard to find. It is not the cheap carnation NO Fat milk that taste horrible. This stuff is whole milk with the fat and taste like you just milked the cow.
