Seller Avetrek was very helpful with my Hearkent Atomic Talking Watch purchase. I buy this for my blind mother in assisted living. We didn't realize right away that we received the wrong watch. Avetrek, remedied the problem immediately and sent a replacement that was the correct item. This is our 3rd watch and the product is great! Perfect for a blind person. The watch tells time and date and automatically updates within 36 hours of Daylight savings/time changes via the satellites. Thank you!

This watch works well for someone with dementia or someone who finds it difficult to read the time. The time is displayed nicely though. The buttons work well when depressed. The time is loud & clear.
