Truly a delight! I previously bought a smaller "jelly roll" pan to try out Nordic Ware. I was hooked, and continuously watch for them to go on sale I'm an avid baker, and often bake for my Amish community and the school children. The children will love their surprise for today! Due to its large size, the 21x15 has truly cut my baking time in 1/2. I wish I had had the funds to have bought a 2nd one! Cookies are cooked to perfection! They wash up easily. No warping. Fantastic pan and large enough for our Thanksgiving turkey. Its great for cooking double batches of cookies or roasting veggies. It cleans beautifully and I have not noticed it warp under heat. I would buy again

Never put these Nordic Ware baking sheets in the dishwasher, it's the quickest way to ruin them permanently. Use of parchment paper and/or foil recommended whenever you use them for baking to minimize cleanup and increase the longevity of these well-made baking sheets. The 21x15 inch sheets are enormous and can fit over 2 dozen avg-sized cookies per sheet. These baking sheets will nearly always provide perfectly-baked cookies unless you put them in way over their suggested baking times or deviate substantially from recommended baking temps. Nordic Ware baking sheets will last a lifetime as long as they're not dishwashed or abused/scratched with metal utensils. Not dishwasher-safe. Use a mild detergent and rinse with warm water to keep them clean.

I bought this for my son who has taken an interest in baking. Very nice quality. It is a perfect size for bigger projects like making French bread or Italian bread. It also has plenty to bake a very large batch of cookies. It fits almost the whole length of our oven side to side. Easy to clean. He loves his new baking sheet.

Love them. Even cooking with the aluminium...won't be going back to cheap steel pans. They feel much more substantial and things cook nicely on them. Have had fantastic shortbread from these.
