Unfortunately, this product did not deliver. after several weeks, the germination was patchy and sparse. I ended up with more bare spots than grass, and what did grow was thin and weak. It definitely doesn’t create the “dense turf” they advertise unless you massively over-seed — which defeats the purpose of buying a premium blend like this. For the price, I expected far better coverage and performance.
