Is this sensor usable outdoors?

I would not use it in a wet location. If protected from the weather it should be possible to use outdoors, even though it is not rated for outdoor use.

Can a switch be controlled by multiple sensors?

Yes, I have 6 sensors in my building that controls about 25 lights. You do need a Lutron PowPak RMJ-16RCCO1-DV-B - 16A Wireless Relay Module with Softswitch - Contact Closure Output for 3rd-party Systems - 120-277 Volt.

Does this sensor also have a daylight sensor?

I own 5 of these purchased over the course of several years. None of the wall or corner mount units include daylight sensors. In my experience, all of the ceiling mounted units purchased within the past 2 years include daylight sensors though.

what is the range of detection for this sensor

I installed in corner of my two car garage. There isn't a spot that its doesn't detect ny presence. Works exactly as advertised. I would guess at least 30 foot effective range.
