Why hasn't the manufacturer addressed the comments about facial burns? Did the customers leave the product on too long?

Facial burns? I have no such experience, in fact I keep it on a little longer than the manufacture recommended time because I realise that when I do so it keeps the colour longer.Well,now am wearing my greys and I feel good about it -no longer pretending.

My beard turns red when exposed to sunlight and i don't really like it, will this dye fix that?

I’m not happy with my results. I used to get rid of a purple tine from another dye. Is there a way to remove the dye ?

I'm certain you could use a color remover to get it out. Purple should fade quickly, though, depended what you used to dye.
