I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. So I don't leave reviews often unless the product is outstanding or really bad. I checked out the other reviews to see what others said to see if the problem I had was mutual and found a similar review and so I thought I'd share my experience. The first time I tried this product, it was a small, sample size product. And it truly worked when sprayed on a pillow, had a wonderful long lasting scent from natural oils and I felt helped with sleep, because it made you want to nuzzle into your pillow. So my sister's birthday was coming up, and she occasionally has trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd get her this as a gift and get myself a larger version as well because I liked the sample size I'd gotten so much. When it arrived, I quickly opened mine and put it in the bedroom next to my bed to try sometime in the future. About a week later, I sprayed my pillow and the smell was quite unexpected. There was some of the natural oil scent, but mainly the scent was a strong vinegar-Y odor and was nothing like the small sample I had gotten before. I'm not one to send products back or to take the time to write to a seller to try to get a refund or a replacement which would probably just be more of the same. I am the type of person who will leave a review for others as a warning however. Now all I know is that if you get a small sample size version of this or possibly an official version directly from the company who makes this product in the U.K. (they have a website and you can order direct which is my next step), it can be a wonderful product when sprayed on a pillow. But I think this product has been altered or switched at some point and say buyer beware. If you get a product that doesn't smell very strongly of natural plant based oils, you are being duped.

I love this product. I discovered it many years ago at a W Hotel. The smell is soothing and helps me to wind down for bed. It lasts me about 4 months. It's not cheap but I like the way it makes me feel as I get cozy in bed.

In terms of effectiveness though, I don’t notice it helping me actually fall asleep. What I do notice is that once I finally manage to drift off on my own, I tend to sleep harder and stay asleep a bit better, which I appreciate. For me, magnesium or melatonin works much better overall, so this isn’t a replacement — more of a mild boost.

Pillow talk, e il mio prodotto preferito, lo uso ogni sera, ma sopratutto quando sono stanco dal lavoro, o anche un po’ stressato, mi aiuta a dormire meglio e al risveglio mi sento come un ciclone, ovviamente il prodotto si presenta acquoso ma non importa, io lo spruzzo circa 20 minuti prima di andare al letto così il prodotto si asciuga lasciando l’aroma, lo uso anche sul pigiama. A volte lo uso anche sulle camicie quando so che la giornata può essere stressante.

I like the product, but am dismayed to find upon opening up the package it was delivered in that part of the product had spilled out, making the entire package wet.

Well as I bought this product i was not expecting much but this lavender sleep spray has completely changed my sleep experience. I used to lie in bed for hours and hours but never able to get to sleep, but now the second my head touches the pillow I instantly fall asleep (well nearly always.) spraying this spray on my pillow has become my favourite part of my night routine If you asked me if I recommend this product to anyone who loves a calming lavender scent- yes definitely. As for the price is a little expensive but you only need a 1-2 sprays, so it does last me a while . As soon as I have finished the spray i find myself buying a new one!
