The chair advertised a head rest and the way it worked was quite ingenious. But it wasn't high enough for me. The biggest problem, and why I had to return it, was the seat tilt. Although I could manually move the seat tilt to be comfortable, the seat would not stay in that position. It would fall at the front to another setting. With that setting I was uncomfortably pitching forward. Other than that, the chair is well-designed, easy to assemble, and the other levers and adjustments worked quite well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good chair with a couple of improvements that could be made. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2017* The posture warning device is pretty cheesy and I found myself disabling it the second time it went off (it sounds like an APC alarm when you switch to battery). The comfort of the chair would likely be very nice if it had a taller back for someone my height (6'1"). The chair does have a lot of adjustments which makes it capable of suiting a wide array of folks. The recline feature could use improvement as the first place you can lock in the back angle is too far forward and the second is too far back, for me any way. The chair is comfortable and I would recommend it to someone around the 5'10" or less area. At my height I will continue to use it while understanding the back height could be better. I have quite a few high priced desk chairs and this one is better than some. I tend to lean towards the Aeron by Herman Miller more than this one overall but I wanted a leather chair so I tried this one out. The best feature for me is when I have the recline feature open to be able to rock or lean all the way back.
