This projector ceiling mouth system completely met my needs. It allowed me to ceiling mount the 1080p Naitive CiBest projector in away that was very sturdy. The multiple adjustable parts make it possible to get an acceptable picture focus on the screen while keeping your sanity. The CiBest projector does not have the zoom ability, so get picture focus and screen picture fit has to be done largely by placing the projector in just the right spot. Just remove the drop ceiling tile and follow the instructions. Being able to slide the projector closer or farther from the screen and move side to side within the ceiling tile frame is what this mount does that most others I looked at did not. This feature let's you hang the projector mount as a hole and slide it to best picture placement without having to simultaneously suspend the projector mammualy (my projector weighs arround 5 pounds). I completed this install easily without needing anyone to help hold or lift the mouth or projector. This mounts color and design also give it a better appearance than any other mounts with it's capabilities based on an extremely long search for mounts. This mounts ability to pivot in various directions and slide in both directions while suspend within the typical 2'x2' cieling tile frame is it's super power. Once you have achieved the best picture adjustments you can simply tighten down all parts and place the ceiling tile either in background on top of mount on either side. Looks great!

If you have a drop ceiling and are planning to install a projector - this is the way to go. It was easy to install into the ceiling and to attach the projector. It came with every attachment you could possibly think of. It fits seamlessly and looks awesome. A nice heavy duty product too, it doesn't appear or feel like a cheaply made product. I couldn't recommend this product any more. I installed it with a Benq HT3550.

This is a fine product that was easy to install above the ceiling tiles and integrate into the hanging ceiling grid. We only had a little difficulty with mounting the projector itself and adjusting it after mounting. This was minor. Most projector mounts are quirky in this regard perhaps in good part because of the fundamental requirements that span all devices. The cost/benefit value of the device is great!

Great ceiling mount! Our ceiling panels are bigger in length but width wise fits and mounts easily and perfectly. Well made. Comes with lots of mounting things for most people will have all you need. Very well made!

I used this to mount my Epson 2045 projector to my drop ceiling. I didn't know whether or not it would work with my projector (A three hole mount projector) but it worked out fantastic. Robust mount, with many safety wires, easy to install and provides a lot of flexibility in positioning. Highly Recommended !!!

You didn’t cheap out on your projector, why cheap out on your mount? This is a very high quality mount and well worth the price. Includes everything you need to successfully mount your projector, including clear, concise instructions. Most of the cheap mounts are exactly that, cheap aluminum that does not provide the rigidity and security that your expensive projector deserves. This is the one to buy. Note: It seems that some people are unclear about how to install this item. It is designed so that it sits up on the ceiling rails and a tile fits underneath it. For most installs you place the mount and then completely align your projector. Remove the projector and the extension pole. Mark the tile. Cut the hole. Reinstall the tile under the mount. Push the extension pole thru the hole in the tile and screw it back into the mount. Reinstall your projector and then finish off with the decorative cover around the pole and the hole in the tile if desired.

This kit was received on Tuesday and installation was started and finished on Thursday. This was the first time that I had purchased this brand of ceiling projector mount. Although it was much cheaper in price, the quality was better than another brand that had been purchased in the past. I especially like the capability to adjust the spacing between the top of the projector and the mount itself. This adjustment provided more space to run the power and video cable without having to attach the cables first and then install the mount. The mount was well constructed and it finish was very nice. I did not have any problems making adjustments to aim the projector. We will be buying another QualGear mount in the next few weeks. I highly recommend this product to everyone!

This was pretty easy to instal. I used this to setup a projector for a second conference room. I did not use the suspension cables as the unit was sturdy without. The only complaint I have is that the track where you can slide the projector back and forth has no type of seal. Leaving a 2 inch wide by 12 inch long gap exposing the attic space above the suspended ceiling allowing hot air to travel down through it and cold air to escape. I plugged it with some thermal material as you can see in the photos. All in all, worth it.
