The idea was as simple as it was brilliant. Adi Dasslers aim was to provide every athlete with the best possible equipment. It all began in 1920, when Adi Dassler made his first shoes using the few materials available after the First World War. The Adidas name dates back to 1948, deriving from the first two syllables of Adi Dasslers first and last name. One year later, Adi Dassler registered the Three Stripes as a trademark. After a period spanning almost 70 years, the Dassler Family withdrew from the company in 1989, and the enterprise was transformed into a corporation ("Aktiengesellschaft"). French-born Robert Louis-Dreyfus was Chairman of the Executive Board from April 1993 to March 2001. It was he who initiated Adidas flotation on the stock market in November 1995. Good pair of shoes!
The adidas NMD_R1 Shoes are a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish pair of sneakers. They feature a Primeknit upper that provides a snug, supportive fit, while the Boost midsole provides responsive cushioning. The shoes also have a distinctive design with EVA plugs in the midsole and a rubber outsole for traction.I've been wearing the adidas NMD_R1 Shoes for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed with them. They're incredibly comfortable, even when I'm walking or standing for long periods of time. The Boost midsole provides excellent cushioning and support, and the Primeknit upper is breathable and flexible. The shoes are also well-made and feel durable. In terms of style, the adidas NMD_R1 Shoes are very versatile. They can be dressed up or down, and they look great with a variety of different outfits. I've worn them with jeans, shorts, and even chinos, and they always look good.Overall, I highly recommend the adidas NMD_R1 Shoes. They're a great pair of sneakers that are both comfortable and stylish.**Pros:*** Comfortable and supportive fit* Responsive Boost midsole* Durable construction* Versatile style**Cons:*** Can be expensive* May be too narrow for some people

Worth it.
It's not the original shelltoe but it's a darn good second!! Performing wonderfully under the arduous adventures I put them through. Break-in time was next to nothing.

Great!
I see some reviews and photos from people saying they got a fake version. I received the real version with no problem.I have the black ones and the white ones, as I do not like to wear the white ones when it rains and around mud. They will break in and fit fine. You can't judge the fit of them when they are new from the factory. They are of course tight at first, you have to wear them all day. They will them conform to your foot.I got my black ones a half size bigger than the white ones but that's really just length. Mine came pre laced, which made them too tight to get on. I had to loosen the laces a bit and then all went well.I haven't had them long enough to get broken in very good. I imagine these shoes will be very comfortable if you wear them every day or most days.

2 month review
I waited 2 months because shoes need to break in.Wathched the YT channel that cuts shoes in half to see what's inside and this came up.Initially it's tight around the toes due to the rubber toe cap.I got wide feet so it took a lot of use to break in bit the payout was worth it.Great shoe with good feedback (I BMX).Used to own a pair back in the day and I'm not disappointed about a new pair.Adidas Superstars are a good daily driver.

Original
Classic Adidas always. Nothing compares to an original. Makes me want to get my cardboard and boom box when wearing them and bust a few breakdance moves.

Sooo nice!
I LOVE my superstar!! This is the second pair I own, I need to retire my first one that I have for over 5 years but it’s so hard lol. I’m women size 7, so I purchase a men size 4.5. I will say: that middle part of the shoes, we call it “tongue” back home, it’s different. My old superstar has a nice squishy pad, if that makes any sense, and this one is just a strip. Got me and my husband wondering if it was real Adidas haha, but it came straight from the store.
