Fitdeck Exercise Playing Cards for Guided Sports Workouts

I purchased this pack to help add a fun dynamic to our family. Our boys are in sports and we wanted to just add a little extra in our movements as we're doing Remote Learning through the school and as we move into our winter snow months and are stuck indoors. This is just a great way to workout as a family. Both my boys, 7 & 4 years old, LOVE to make up the rules to these cards and lead our exercise. Rules seem to change as we go and it totally works since it makes it more fun. You don't need any equipment, just a little bit of space (super fun if you can take it outside). We are able to make some of these cards into a competition between each other. These come in a tin can so it keeps the cards from getting lost around the house and it just looks great and inviting. This is a great stocking stuffer for any kiddo.

It seems expensive, no it is expensive, but it works. It gets my kids excited about exercising and it gives us a simple list of exercises that all my kids can do. My 3 yr old struggles with the exercises but always comes up with a modified method. Perfect for 5 and above. Our 3 and 5 yr olds love it. They ask every day to do it. Our preteens also want to do it but they don't ask for it. Our teen prefers to just watch.

Great idea. It really makes swimming more fun than you think, and I am motivated to swim more and do as many cards as possible. My only problem is it needs butterfly cards. That is my favorite stroke and sadly the only mention butterfly gets is in the "stroke of your choice" cards. I'll buy this again if butterfly cards are added.

Love these my students use them as a fitness station or I sometimes use them as a warm up for the whole class.

I saw these on a Shark Tank rerun and ordered them immediately. We received them in the mail today and I played them with my 5 year old. He absolutely loved them, and I had a blast too! He couldn’t get all the moves precisely but he’ll learn with repetition and time. It also came with a booklet of suggested activities you can do with the cards (i.e. an obstacle course with a different card at each station). The cards are sturdy and have clear directions and pictures to illustrate the exercises. We will be getting a lot of use out of these and I’m purchasing more for myself. Overall a great purchase!

I bought the Superman one for a program I run for 4-6 year olds. It is about 50% valuable. Many of the names for the exercises are either odd, or awkward. Depending on what you pay this may be fine. I paid around $8, and that is probably right. The MSRP of $15 is not what these are worth. The booklet that comes with it gives many ways this deck can be a game. Good ideas, but for me it was useless. I only need about 10 min of exercises not an afternoon or an hour. I REALLY wanted to love this, butnin the end it is a few good ideas, mostly average, and then some that make you scratch your head. I will say you shojld use your best judgment as there are a few face-down balancing drills that probably need supervised heavily or at least worked up into.

Not what I expected I thought the cards would of been bigger

Ich suchte etwas um ein Training zu absolvieren und neue Ideen zu bekommen,da fiel mir das Multiprodukt "Fit Deck" ins Auge. Echt eine gute Idee um neue Trainings zu erstellen. Man kann auch verschiedene Fit Decks miteinander kombinieren und erhält so immer wieder eine neue Herausforderung. Kleines Manko,obwohl meine Englischkenntnisse gut sind: Manche Texte sind schwer zu übersetzen,aber da können dann die Bilder weiterhelfen.

If your involved in pre-8 yr old football of a basic level then these cards maybe of value, but the prices is way to high for the product. The cards are as expected in terms of quality (similar to glossy playing cards) but the drills are far to simple for my needs (U12's) but may suit a younger audience starting out on their footballing journey
