Over Priced. It is similar to booklets that are given on other self-help topics. totally not worth the money.

It simply a brochure , not a book.i wouldn't even had paid $1.00 if I new that it was just a booklet

An Excellent Book!
This is a great read and guide to self discipline. I am not even rush reading. So much to note and absorb. Applying much of what I have read and already seeing positive changes. Recommended.

A book that explains how to become self-disciplined
I read this and like the tips given. I was an easy read and I found the tips helpful especially the way the author explains you do not go from zero to one hundred immediately (if I can put it like that). Self-discipline the author explains is a process that you build up to in steps. It is also recommended that once you have read the book that you dive back in periodically to bolster your attempts at self-discipline. It is also explained that you will fall off the wagon but encourages you to get back up or choose a day when you are not disciplined so that you have something to look forward to. Good practical read.

Misleading book... Be aware.
I ordered and expected Self Discipline by Ray Clear which is a full book and I got a pamphlet brochure of just a few pages by Ray Vaden that has the same cover book. There is almost no information at all! Make sure you order the right one. Very disappointing. TERRIBLE!

Self-Discipline is Achievable
This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick read and I’m so thankful that I found this book. It’s a definite keeper!
