good quality
worked as advertised - power supply for weather station

I is a great charger
Woks ok, it would not charge our 7.5 volt sprayer battery when set to 7.5 volts. Had to use 9volt setting to charge 7.5 volt battery. No big problem.

Works, but the plug fit could be better
This power supply does the job and provides consistent power once itโs connected, but the main downside is the adapter fit. The plug tends to loosen and can fall out more easily than expected, especially if the cable gets bumped or moved. When it stays seated, it works fine and hasnโt had any power drop issues. The voltage output seems stable and itโs usable for basic applications, but the connection doesnโt feel as secure as it should. For stationary setups itโs acceptable, but for anything that gets moved around, it can be a little frustrating. Overall, itโs usable, but the adapter fit keeps it from being a perfect solution.

Works!!
adjusted to required voltage, plugged in and it is working perfectly after 2 weeks

very good quality
It's excellent. I bought it to charge my son's toy car battery and it's been very useful. The included adapters help me with other rechargeable devices I have, and it's the best investment I've made.

Extremely noisy output, A nice fluke multimeter will show pretty constant output, but o-scope shows 3V+ AC of noise
DON'T USE WITH SENSITIVE ELECTRONICS! 3V voltage swings of noise and ripple that seems to scale a little depending on which voltage state you select. On the 9V selection... a 3V ripple noise is 1/3 of the output voltage... like come on, ever heard of filtering?? For now i'm back to using my B&K benchtop power supply and 9V batteries which going into the same wiring has no noise passing to my electronics. I designed my board for dealing with about -500mV ripple (-0.7V nominal due to the diode) and much more positive ripple since the positive side goes through a secondary 5V voltage regulator for the controls side... That is considerably much more ripple than you generally see on any even half decent power supply. Filtering calculations are not hard guys. I attached a photo of the output as taken by a nice oscilloscope I own. Note that the voltage per division is 5V. the noise you can see covers across most of a single square. The noise can be estimated as about a 3V ripple and is eliminated when connecting the ground of the soulbay to the ground of my benchtop power supply. I had actually been inspired to buy this because a coworker at my Electrical engineering internship had bought a previous version of the soulbay for our work to use and it seemed to be very economic. I liked the newer design having extra attachments but after finding out there was over 3V of AC noise on this new one, I tested the one that was purchased for work and it also has the same issue. Another poster also mentioned radio interference/EMI issues and as it seems this is simply a huge design flaw for this brand of power supply. This amount of noise is exactly why that poster would have seen the interference.

Main output: 24W, 3-year life, connector info
The banner may be a bit misleading; The main output is 24W with an additional 6W USB port. This can be handy if you need to power two devices. My unit lasted for almost 3 years under constant use of the main output alone. I appreciate the LED indicator that confirms that the adapter is working. (This simple and useful feature is missing from so many other similar power supplies). A nice array of adapters is included. (None of the barrel adapters include a center pin). The connector plug of the main output is 5.5mm OD x 2.1mm ID barrel connector, which might fit a variety of devices without the need for an adapter. However, this plug is about 2mm shorter than the standard (10mm) length of the adapter plugs. This may present a connection issue, particularly if the OEM power supply includes a locking ring. This appears to be a design flaw. Such shortcomings may be resolved with the use of a short (6") extension cable with 5.5mm x 2.1mm male-to-female connectors. Vendors include Amazon, PCH Cables, Valley Enterprises, Show Me Cables, and Parts Express. Look for part number "VB870-DC-MF-6" or "DC-MF-6". Wall plug does NOT fold for travel. Caution: This power supply is NOT compatible with laptops or other high power equipment that would exceed the rated output. It may not be compatible with guitar pedals or other music equipment that require opposite polarity unless a reverse adapter is used, e.g.: SoulBay 5.5 x 2.1mm Jack Reverse Polarity Converter Cable for Guitar Piano Pedals Keyboard, Model: DC01N. How to determine the polarity of the device: You can easily recognize polarity by looking for a symbol near the DC power input of your device. It should have a "+" and "-" at opposite ends, and a "C" shape in the middle. If the dot in the center of the "C" connects to the -, it's negative polarity! (the + is on the outside and the - is on the inside). If it's the reverse of that, it is positive polarity.

The plugs work everywhere I have needed
I have been using this for 5 years I bought it because my blood pressure monitor power supply died and this set had the right plug to replace it But I have used it in various situations I haven't found a problem yet where one of the attachments didn't fit and work

okay
Works well enough when one device is plugged into it. However, it does have problems powering a DC lead as well as USB at the same time. I was powering an arduino using the USB connector and at the same time powering a linear actuator with 12VDC. The actuator was rated at 1A at full load. The arduino was drawing about 30mA with a double relay connected to it and a clock module. This convertor is rated to about 2.5A. Whenever the linear actuator turned on, the arduino would reset. Once I discovered the cause of the reset, I plugged the arduino to a different power source.
